WHAT A HULT!

WHAT A HULT!

14 February 2015

Sunday the 1st of February, with the Rally del Ciocco, the RBR-World season started in October has officially ended. Four championships, RBRW World, IRW Intercontinetal, ERW European and NAT National for a total of 32 races with only one dominator: the swedish driver Tobias Hult, racing for the Evergreen Smiling Team who won all the championships. We asked some questions to Tobias: Which were your goals at the beginning of the championship? “My goals were to defend the RBRW title from the last season and to obtain a good result in the ERW. I was also looking for doing better in the IRW and NAT” Which was the hardest race in each championship? “In the RBRW for sure the Montecarlo rally, where I had some really fast competitors that forced me to keep really high rhitms on the stages.. and also the conditions of the road, with a mixture of dry/wet tarmac, snow and ice. In the ERW the Barum Rally was an hard race, since I had some issues with the brakes that slowed down my performance. In the IRW I had no problems. In the NAT I had some technical failures at the Adriatico Rally.” How do you feel being the absolute winner, the real uncontested ruler of all 4 championship? “It was a fantastic feeling to have won all the four championships, I am so happy about my season!! A huge thanks goes to my team, they really supported me through the season!”
