HULT WINS THE RALLY OF THOUSAND LAKES Tobias Hult (Ds3 WRC) returns back winning after the non-partecipation to Rally of Poland: he made as always, a perfect rally, so no chance for the others to beat him. On the second place a good return to the RBRW for Aldo Massa (Fiesta WRC), followed in the podium by his teammate Andrea Crugnola (Fabia R5) who is even the winner in the R5+S20 class and author of another great race. Only fourth place for Fabio Stefani (Fiesta WRC), then a surprising performace for Alessio Bert (Punto S2000), fifth overall and second in his category. Behind him Patrick Rosset (Fiesta R5), that reaches the third in R5+S20 class. Franco Zallo (Fiesta WRC) precedes, in seventh place, Roberto Francioli (Mini RRC) for only one second. Complete the top10 Paolo Cisco (Fiesta R5) and Andrea Bettini (Lancer Evo X R4): the latter wins in R4+N4 in front of Giuseppe Milicia and Antonio Toscano (both driving the Impreza n14 N4). Not a lucky rally for Putkinen and Rollandoz (Fiesta WRC) that were leading the race with Hult and Massa: infact they had to retire both in Leg2 due to accident. Same fate in R4+N4 for Paperini who had a great gap from Bettini after the first day. In R3 Mariano Caron (Ds3 R3T) wins easy on Luciano Migliorati (Ds3 R3T) who had to use the SupeRally formula during the Leg1. In the end the R2 category, where the winner is Marco Piardi (208 R2) that makes it after an amazing comeback in Leg2 on Nadalini Stefano (Adam R2), second at the end, who battled till the end with Andrea Valentini (Twingo R2) third after the last stage. With the next event the "circus" will be back on tarmac with the ADAC Deutshland Rally.
