RBRW Round 12 - Rally RACC Catalunya Rally Espana
ALESSANDRO THE CONQUEROR

Tobias Hult (Evergreen) and Aldo Massa (Brainless) are the two who dominate the Leg1 of the rally. The Swede goes straight to attack with the Citroen Ds3 WRC, winning the first six stages, in front of Massa for more than half a minute. Fatal is the sixth special stage for Michele Sommavilla (Brainless) up to that time on the provisional podium. At the end of Day1, the advantage over the others touches the minute with Andrea Crugnola (Brainless) third and leader in R5+S20 aboard the Skoda Fabia R5. In the Leg2 start the strokes: in Hondarribia, the second special of the day, is reported that Hult, the new champion, is stopped in the stage, while Massa passes and commands the rally with Daniele Alessandro (Star Racing) who exploits the cavalry of his Fiesta WRC to overtake Crugnola (always leader in R5+S20). And here's another shot, four specials from the end is also the Fiesta WRC of the leader Massa stopped in the stage. It is also a risk for Crugnola that seeing his teammate keeps deconcentrating and leaves a full minute on the road. The latest stages do not give big shots and confirm the victory to Daniele Alessandro who precedes Crugnola, winner in R5+S20 and his brother Fabrizio Alessandro (Ds3 WRC). At the foot of the podium, Roberto Francioli's Mini RRC (Brainless) completes the two-time class with Crugnola and fifth the winner of the R4+N4 Paolo Minniti (Tuscany) with Lancer Evo IX, the only survivor of the class and new former winner of his category championship. Sixth overall and third-class Patrick Rosset (Aosta Valley) on Fiesta R5 losing ground to Crugnola in the championship. The top10 is closed by the guys of the Academy with the small R2. Surprisingly wins Sascha Ossibi (Brainless) on Michele Friz (Versilia) both on Peugeot 208 ahead of Opel Adam by Dario Raffaeta (Tuscany) and Fabio Paganin (Poverally). In R3, won the Renault Clio R3T of Simone Bravi (Garfagnana) ahead of Luciano Migliorati (Brainless) Citroen DS3 R3T, which had to use the superally formula. Next appointment on Wales's muddy roads with the penultimate event of the world's circus.
