RBR-WORLd - Rules 2019

Championships and trophies will unfold from January to December 2019. Each member registered in RBR-WORLD can participate to a maximum of two (2) OFFICIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS and one (1) NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP while participation in all TROPHY will be free and unlimited.

THE OFFICIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS (CLASSICAL MODE) of the season are divided into:
Number 3 international championships (possibility to register for max two championships)
Number 3 national championships (possibility to register for max one championship)

During the season, any changes in cars and classes will be UNLIMITED for all the championships and trophies in the program. In the event that a driver decides to change cars and / or class the points earned in the class of origin will be reset, while the points earned in absolute ranking will be maintained. In the races with two or more stages there will be the "SUPER RALLY" option that will allow the retired riders to reenter at the next stop.
Please note that for each non-disputed PS due to withdrawal, the same number of times will be assigned.

"POWER STAGE" score

The POWER STAGE score is a bonus that is awarded to the first 5 classified of a special test chosen by the system, randomly between the roadbook tests, in competitions international and goes to add up to the points awarded for the final placement.
This score will also be assigned in the class and team rankings.



SCORING TEAM
In the championships where a team classification is foreseen, ONLY 6 PILOTS WILL BE ACCOUNTED WHICH HAVE REACHED THE BEST PLACE WITHIN THEIR CLASS.

In all the championships, each rider will be given the opportunity to discard a championship result, in the absence of communications from the pilot himself, the system will discard the worst result.

A – PREMISE
The career modality is a new additional modality alongside the classic championships offered to all associated users of RBR-WORLD.
it's linked to the RANKING and drivers who will taking part must be follow a new managerial way. At the beginning will be the same start up line for everyone and it will possible to rent only a limited number of cars but going further it could be possible to use cars even more powerful with an incredible and realistic experience.


B - MONEY ACQUIRING (RALLY-MONEY)
At the end of a race in CAREER MODALITY, in case of making all the SS of the roadbook, you'll take virtual money here called RALLYMONEY (RM).
The price is the same for all the classes comparing the final position but, in case of a position in the overall standing with a car not belonging to the top class, it's possible to take more RALLYMONEY.


C – DRIVER LICENSE
There are difference licenses that it's possible to have after a specific exam. To take part to an exam it's necessary to pay the booking with rallymoney rate. the exam is a race in which you have to beat the referring time. It's possible to take part only one time to an exam.


D- CAR RENTING
Every Pilot to every renovation of it enrolls it will have the initial figure of 10.000 RALLY-MONEYs.

To the beginning of the Formality Career the funds of his/her own portfolio can be used renting an auto of the maximum value of 10.000 RALLY-MONEYs or he can decide to use an auto of Class "N1" that will be free assigned.

Such auto will also be always available in case of total loss of the money during the season.

As soon as RALLY-MONEYs accumulate it will be possible to rentmore powerful cares and but avaiable only in competitions and special championships to the attainment of a specific Level of license.(you see paragraph "C – DRIVER LICENSE")

During the season there will be some competitions "out championship" that they will serve for making to grow the proper ranking and own financial availability




DURING THE EXPERIMENTATION PERIOD ANY PART OF THE REGULATION CAN BE MODIFIED AND ADAPTED TO THE SITUATIONS THAT COULD OCCUR.

A - INTRODUCTION
RBR-WORLD is a rally simulator based on the videogame "Richard Burns Rally Game" rally simulator. The changes made by the managers by the RBR-WORLD A.S.D. it is a modification of its playability, graphics and sound.
The purpose of the association and of the simulator is that of far away entertaining its users, organizing online competitions and events during motoring events. All material inserted and downloadable from the site and from the utility


B - RBR-WORLD ASSOCIATION A.S.D.
To participate in the life and competitions of RBR-WORLD.COM, the user is affiliated to the association RBR-WORLD asd; the membership is through the www.rbr-world.com website and allows participation in all the association's initiatives, including all championships. This is a one-year history (social year from 1 January to 31 December of each year) and will include the entire period of the RBR-WORLD championships. The user intending to run the championships organized by RBR-WORLD has been subscribed and accepted the statute of the association, verify and confirm, through a special check during the affiliation phase, that everything works properly: site, forum, game by Richard Burns Rally and the RBR-WORLD simulator / utility. The affiliation to the association is a payment, which allows the maintenance of the costs of the site and the servers that serve to host the RBR-WORLD platform and a benefit tariff to those less fortunate than us.

B1 - PAYMENT METHOD
The payment methods are:
PayPal as an electronic payment
Bank transfer to the current account of the association that will be provided at the time of registration request, directly from your bank or your home-banking.
The figure established for the 2019 associative year is € 18.50




The account created and the affiliation are made with own data and is purely personal, it is not possible to assign the fee and the account created on RBR-WORLD.COM to third parties. The affiliation to the association, implies in all respects the unconditional acceptance to this regulation, to all the regulations present on the site and to the statute of the association of RBR-WORLD.COM. The administration of RBR-WORLD may reserve to accept or not the affiliation of a user to the association and participation in the RBR-WORLD championships.


C - PLAYER'S DUTIES
Each player of RBR-WORLD will have to maintain on the Forum and on social networks a polite and respectful attitude towards the other members and the association itself.
Every player is required to accept the result of any competition with philosophy and sportiness. The player who signs up for one or more championships will have to OBLIGATORY to keep his / her user profile updated by entering all the required data in his pilot panel. The use of FAKE data is strictly prohibited.
These requirements are essential for registration for all RBR-WORLD competitions.

Each player is aware of the functioning of his own P.C. and its own installation of RBR-WORLD. Any modification, update, insertion of files or the installation of other mods can increase the risks of malfunctions of the utility, in this case the RACE DIRECTION and the RBR-WORLD Staff declines all responsibility.

Every player, in all the competitions that are part of championships, trophies or career, has the obligation, at the end of each trial, to save the replays keeping them for three (3) days after the end of the competition and to make them available in any moment to the DG for post-race checks.

Each user can have only one account available, there are no cases in which a person can have two or more profiles, under penalty of cancellation and instant exclusion of all profiles created. Communications concerning two separate accounts from the same location or from the same place, must be made to the administration of RBR-World.

Any attempt to modify the RBR-World utility, change the values ​​of one's own and other profiles, in order to distort the results of the competitions and the championships, will be punished according to the gravity of the infringement. The punishments can be: cancellation of the account and of all the values ​​of the pilot, suspension of the account for a period of time, total or partial ranking points, blocking for a period of time the ranking points, withdrawal of licenses obtained.

D - TEAM
The teams must be composed of a minimum of five (5) to a maximum of fifteen (15) people including the deputy Team Manager and all must be in compliance with the RBR-WORLD association for 2019.
Each team must have a name, a livery for their cars and a customized logo.
Who will not be in order will be excluded from office by the team they belong to.


F - TYPE AND COMPETITION MODALITIES
The registration to the championships, to the individual championship matches, to particular events, reported by the RBR-WORLD administration, will be done exclusively by the driver panel on the RBR-WORLD.COM website.

Inside RBR-World you can find different types of rallies.
RALLY FREE: Events to which everyone is allowed to participate;
CHAMPIONSHIP RACES: Events for members;
CAREER CARE: Events for members who can progress in career mode;
RACING CAREER EXAMS: Events intended for members who need to unlock the cars / classes that can be used within the career mode;
OFFICIAL TESTS: Events intended for members to test cars and tracks

The championship matches can be one stage or several stages. The races of a stage (both live and open time), have a single roadbook unveiled at the time of the opening of the race. The races of several stages will have part of the roadbook unveiled when the roadbook relating to the stage traveled is opened; the minutes accumulated by the pilots will be added each time to the special stages of each stage.

Inside RBR-WORLD it is possible to find the different rally modes.
LIVE: Live event, following the designated roadbook; the pilot must necessarily follow the table and the start times of the special test listed in the race. You can enter the headquarters are in the timetable between the opening and closing of the roadbook;
OPEN TIME: Event covered in a given period of time, do not follow the timetable of the roadbook; the only limits are the opening and closing of the roadbook which limits the duration of the race itself.
OPEN TIME SHORT: Events quite similar to open time rallies, but with a shorter duration over time.
MIX: Mixed events, composed of two stages divided into a live stage and an open time.

The LIVE RACES will have the following modes: opening the roadbook 15 minutes before the start of the race. After 15 minutes from the start of the first special stage, the headquarters will be closed and no one will be able to take part in the race.

The OPEN TIME races on ONE STAGE will have the following modalities: opening the roadbook and starting the race on Sunday and closing the roadbook on the following Saturday (race duration 7 days).

The OPEN TIME races on TWO STAGES will have the following modes: opening the roadbook and starting the race on Sunday, the first stop on Wednesday. Departure of the second stage at 8.00, second stage end and closing of the roadbook at 11.55pm on Saturday (race duration 7 days).
In some circumstances, the end date and time of the first stage may coincide with that of the second stage.

The OPEN TIME races on THREE STAGES will have the following modes: opening the roadbook and starting the race on Sunday, starting the second stage on Tuesday and starting the third stage on Thursday at 8.00, closing the race and roadbook on Sunday (race duration 7 days). Remember that you can participate in the race and complete the stages that may not be disputed even after the roadbook opening date.

The MIX races generally of two or more stages, will have the following modalities: opening the roadbook and starting the race in open time regime on Thursday, closing the stage on the following Monday. The second stage will take place live, covered on Tuesday
.
The OPEN TIME SHORT races will have the following modalities: race start on Sunday, end of the race on Wednesday.

All the times you will find in the registration panel refer to the Italian time (GMT +02: 00).

Regarding the OPEN TIME mode, you should pay close attention to the time indicated for the end of the race because it will end at the scheduled time. At the time of export of the race, all the times recorded after the closing of the race will be canceled.

G - COMPLAINTS AND VERIFICATIONS
The judgment and the decisions taken by the Administration, the RACE DIRECTION and the Crew of the RBR-WORLD site are INAPPABLE.

The RACE DIRECTION will start checks on ANY official and non-official race and on HOTLAPS. The checks will focus on route cuts and time control. In the official competitions will be carried out the controls on the repetition BY SORTEGGIO for each race of all the competitors who took part in a rally and must be consigned to the RACE DIRECTION by the appropriate panel.

In the event of irregularity at the time of verification, the competitor will be "eliminated" from the race.

In the cases considered more serious, after explanation by the RACE DIRECTION, the pilot may incur penalties such as the deduction of championship points, exclusion from one or more races of the championship or the championships he has signed in the pilot panel.

The outcome of the check will be communicated as soon as possible to the pilot by the RACE DIRECTION, whether it is positive or negative.
The DIRECTION GARA reserves the right to publish in the appropriate section of the forum the images related to the cuts of the pilots subjected to the checks. Each competitor may request the verification of one or more tests of their opponents, provided that it also provides the replay to the RACE DIRECTION of the tests under examination. The request will take place exclusively through the appropriate panel, other forms of request will not be taken into consideration.
Please note that each user has 3 requests for verification during the year.

In free and hotlaps will be the RACE DIRECTION (or an automatic calculation system) that will decide if the weather is doubtful.
In the case (and ONLY IN THIS CASE) of these 2 types, it is allowed to present a replay, proving that the time has been done without any cut.

The RACE DIRECTION will never consider any kind of complaint or complaint regarding anomalies or problems caused by the malfunction of a specific PS or car.

Before inserting cars and tracing them in the utility, verification tests are carried out but some bugs may not be detected.

Therefore, it is reiterated that the CREW ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MALFUNCTION OF PS AND CARS CARRIED OUT BY THIRD PARTS and included in the utility.

The RACE DIRECTOR WILL NOT TAKE IN ANY WAY arguments or controversial comments issued in the forum about the choice of evidence or the use of some PS and reserves the right to sanction those users who should issue statements and / or statements deemed particularly serious.



In the event that a pilot at the end of a PS finds himself in the classification with the words "RUN" or "RET" instead of the time actually performed, the DG will automatically restore the missing time with an IMPOSED TIME. In this way it will be possible to continue for the race.

To restore the time it will be necessary to deliver the replay of the relevant test to the DG via the complaints panel. This option will be generated at the end of the race. FAILURE TO SEND THE REPLAY WILL COMPETE THE EXCLUSION FROM THE RACE.

From the closure of the Headquarters, each driver will have 24 hours to send another rider to the check. From the moment a pilot is sent for verification, this will take 48 hours to provide the replay. If 3 times a driver does not provide a replay, or is caught in a cut, he is suspended from the races for a week.

Communications from the RACE MANAGEMENT can be made through the chat on the RBR-WORLD.COM website, or through the e-mail provided when registering for the site.

Each championship will have a dedicated section on the forum to be used as a reference for any reports and, if published in another section, will not be taken into account to avoid having to search everywhere the post and thus facilitate the work of the DG


H - DEFINITIONS AND RULES
By "route cut" means when a car, in its trajectory, leaves the road with all 4 wheels with the clear intention to shorten the path trying to gain an advantage in terms of time, regardless of the fact that this leads to an effective positive chronometric feedback. Therefore, to be sure that he performed the
route correctly, the pilot will have the obligation to ALWAYS keep at least 2 wheels on the track of the PS (except for involuntary errors which, however, do not generate advantages in the time trial).
It will however be punished above all the "tendency" of the rider to cut too much, so there may be a disqualification not so much for the single "cut" - which can still be random, unless it is noticeable, voluntary or clamorous - as for recidivism in doing so, either within the same or subsequent special tests. The evaluation will be made, however, and the final decision taken, only and exclusively in the RACE DIRECTION ..
The viewing of the films and their judgment will be his task and at his discretion, so as to ensure absolute unity of judgment!

I - UPDATE AND AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATION
The administration and CREW of RBR-WORLD reserves the right to modify and update this regulation at any time if necessary.
